Where do you hold classes?
-Classes are usually scheduled at a location that is convenient for the client to reach or their place of business. CPR Dynamics will travel to your place of business to conduct the class. The classroom must be climate controlled, open for CPR practice if needed, and conducive to a learning environment. If needed, CPR Dynamics will provide a location for the class.
When will I receive my card?
-Most participants will receive their cards in 3-5 business days after taking the course. You can receive the card the same day if requested.
How often do I need to renew, and how long is my card/course good for?
-You should renew prior to the expiration of your current card. Your AHA Heart Saver, BLS, ACLS, and PALS card is good for two years after the date of the course.
Does CPR Dynamics offer online courses?
-Yes, CPR Dynamics does offer online courses. You first have to go to www.ahaonline.org, click on catalog, go to the course of your choice, pay the AHA fee, print off the course completion page. Once you have completed the online portion, you can schedule your skills practice and skills check off with us. The skills check off is an additional fee.
What payment forms are accepted?
-CPR Dynamics will accept cash, check, money order/cashiers check. We will not accept credit cards. Please make checks payable to CPR Dynamics NT.
